This GLOBE Partnership is a member of the Texas Regional Collaboratives For Excellence in Science and Mathematics Teaching. The TRC is an award-winning statewide network of P-16 partnerships consisting of 66 Collaboratives (40 Science and 26 Math) serving over 700 schools districts and charter schools across Texas. Galveston County Regional Collaboratives at UTMB will work with schools and teachers primarily in Galveston County, in helping inspire students to pursue future STEM careers through high-quality, sustained teacher professional development. Our main thrust will be working with students in grades 4-8 in developing strong Earth Science knowledge and skills.
