Share This GLOBE Partnership is a member of the Texas Regional Collaboratives For Excellence in Science and Mathematics Teaching. The TRC is an award-winning statewide network of P-16 partnerships consisting of 66 Collaboratives (40 Science and 26 Math) serving over 700 schools districts and charter schools across Texas. Region 18 Education Service Center serves 19 counties (33 school districts) in West Texas. The main thrust will be implementing the GLOBE program in these 19 counties, primarily working with teachers and students Grades 4 - 12.
