As a Partner, I would like to see a button option to download (as a csv) information from the Partner Dashboard. E.g. I searched for all users in my Partnership that are Account Approved, but the only way I see to access their information is to click on each person individually, which is extremely time consuming. A 'download' as CSV option would solve this problem.

Eslam sent out a wireframe of the workshop tool to partners asking them for feedback on what can be updated. This suggestion of adding workshop title was included.

Time zone capabilities for event pages

It would be great to be able to add a time zone to an event page. Not having this has caused confusion when planning virtual events across many time zones. Thanks!

Workshop Creation Tool

The first thing I do as a partner offering a workshop is name the workshop. There isn’t a place for that in the tool though. So, I work around it by putting the title of my workshop in the location field. I noticed that several other partners do that too.
Short term - Can we add a field for Workshop Title?
Long term - Can the Technology Working Group or a subset of CC/Partners work together to make sure that the fields we use to advertise workshops (locally) are represented in the creation tool? Conversely, perhaps the CC/Partners can respond to this thread with info that you advertise with that are lacking in the creation tool and teachers can respond and share what info is missing that they need?

Visualization system - greening species filtering

Hi,

In the protocol layers of the GLOBE visualization system, it is possible to filter greenings data for species that are part of European Phenology campaign. Newly, Fig is one of the European Phenology Campaign greenings species. Is it possible to add Fig (Ficus carica) as a new filter option?

OK. Here's the task I will assign to a developer.

Break events into two groups. Upcoming and Past.
Create two links: Upcoming | Past (below the filters)
Display the upcoming events by default and show the most recent event first, then in chronological order. An event shall be considered an upcoming event until the end date has past.
1/25/18
1/30/18
2/10/18
etc.
For past events, list in reverse chronological order:
1/23/18
1/10/18
12/15/17
etc.

Sound good?

Yes, that is correct. I have attached two images. One is what is showing up now, which are the events in May and June. But what we would like showing up are the events coming up in February and March. In order to see those, you have to click on Full Events, then scroll down. Again, thank you for considering this suggestion.

So you would like to show upcoming events, sorted by most recent first and then show past events? Maybe we could also have the ability to only show upcoming events by filtering out past events.

On the country/partnership pages, can the calendar be arranged so that the next upcoming event is first, then all the others? For example, on the U.S. page, May/June events are at the top. You have to click to see "all events" then scroll in order to see the one coming up next (like the one tonight). In order for us to keep the current one on the front page, we'd have to hide upcoming events. Thank you for considering this request.

Manage forum e-mail updates

Hi,
The European phenology campaign forum is quite active which makes me very happy.
Would it be possible to decrease the amount of e-mails you get when you are in the group?
Currently I get an e-mail for every update that a user makes to a post. It would be great if users can manage the amount of e-mails, like only one per day or per week in which the activities are aggregated.
It would be a pity if users unsubscribe because they get too many e-mails. Thanks!

question - we default to giving teachers the school administration capability. Do you find that it causes an issue (you need to frequently modify that), or in general is giving the school administration option as the default ok?

Hi,
When adding multiple users at once, it would be great to have the following extra fields:
- job title
- middle name
- checkbox school administrator

Currently you have to go to the individual user page to change that which makes the 'add multiple users' tool less useful for me.
